Winning Words!

Our Creator tells us how to live in his Manual of Operation, the Holy Bible. As our Redeemer, he gives us grace to live by His Word, and forgives us for our failures. He requires us to forgive others if we want to be forgiven. Overlooking the offenses of others is a way of experiencing an outpouring of joy from the Lord. It is living by faith. The Lord rewards such obedience. Try it. Get under the spout when the glory pours out.

Most of us don't leave enough margin in our lives. We live too close to the edge. This motivational maxim is a good one to put in your car. If you slow down a little bit, it could save you a lot of time.

Many who have accomplished great tasks have done so by deciding not to give up.

As Scripture says,

"Let us not be weary in well doing:  for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

Persistence is a Biblical trait.

"FAITH makes the difference between

a miserable ordeal or a memorable adventure, between exhaustion or excitement."

Another quotation like the above was told to me by a preacher friend.

He said, "I am tired IN the work, but not tired OF the work."

Put this motto where you will see it often.

It can encourage you when you feel terrible.

The Christian lives by faith, not by feelings.

Another winning word that helps us

in the darkness of discouragement

or a time of doubt or difficulty is this one!
